I will give you some pointers in writing resume. I'm no expert, but
I have written some resumes that landed me great jobs.
Please be warn that my critics might sound a bit harsh. So if you don't
like it, just ignore it.
First, you resume should have a CONCRETE goal (put into your objective).
Your current objective is too broad and vaque. It is tricky to write
a good objective. You don't want to write a too specific objective that
will throw you out from an opportunity nor do you want to write something
very broad.
<<
OBJECTIVE: To use my skills in Computer Science, Mathematics, and/or Business Administration to meet any challenges and help the company succeeded in every aspect.
>>
Too broad.
Suggestion: Research the company that you are applying for and design your
objective to meet their needs.
<<
CERTIFICATIONS: CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certified System Engineer NT 4.0
>>
Unneeded. You have a B.S. in Computer Science. Your education should be emphasized
instead of your certifications (of course unless you are looking to work in a company
that specifically states these certifications' requirements.

>>
This part is messy.
Here some suggestion to clean it up:
EDUCATION:
WESTERN WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY, Bellingham, Washington
Bachelor of Science, Computer Science and Mathematics (Minor: Business Administration), June 2001
GPA: 3.2/4.0
RELEVANT COURSES:
- Web Scripting
- Software Engineering
- Linear Optimization
- Nonlinear Optimization
I suggest that you only list some ADVANCED courses though.
With a B.S. in CS, most ppls will expect that you know data
structures, computer programming, data structures and all
the introductory courses.
Put your activities under WORK EXPERIENCES.

be your references. Don't list phone number.
Put your job title there. Something like "Database Engineer III, Summer Intern".

Isn't it obvious. This line can be taken out.
You don't have many things in your resume. List some of your interesting
COURSE WORK PROJECTS.
List some SKILLS like:
SKILLS:
Programming: C, C++, Java, Fortran, bla bla bla
Systems: Windows 9x/2K, Unix, Linux, ....
If you have some ADVANCED SKILLS, list them. Be selective though.
Basically, TAILOR your resume to meet what the company need.
If the company is looking for a Systems Engineer, listing your knowledge
in graphics has no value to them. However, listing your experience in
your Operation System course or Compiler course have GREAT VALUE.
Anyway, good luck on your job search.
