/me waits for someone to come into thread with the obligatory "you are so shallow, she deserves better, someone who doesn't judge women merely on physical beauty, blah blah blah" ...

Another way is to surf the internet for one of those weight calculators, the ones where you put in your height and it tells you your ideal weight.

You put in your height and see what it says and then ask her, then show her the results and that her ass is fat and tipping the scales.

I'm sure she's noticed she has gained weight. She probably noticed it before you did.

Clearly she feels comfy enough in the relationship to not worry about it. Good luck finding a way to talk to her about this that won't have her going apeshlt on you.

One of us could send her an email and say.

"I saw you walking around and your ass is huge. Lose some weight fatty"

So what i'm thinking about going with is:

"Would you like to join me on my Monday Wednesday runs?"

Between this post and all the rest, I now feel safe knowing I have a place to come to if I ever need help and warm caring people that will guide me through the tough times. :D

Go on a health kick and get rid of all the fatty foods in the house.

If she wont budge then say she is not helping you live a healthy lifestyle and it's time to move on.
