This morning I am out walking my dogs, and my neighbor is on her deck sweeeping it. I am down in my yard when all of the sudden I hear DADDY!!!!!!!!!!!...................DADDDYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . WIth out turning around, because I am afraid I will loose site of Thing 1 and Thing 2 (my 2 dogs), I yell back, WHAT?. I hear again, DADDY!!!! , this time I yell back YES???? Sean, my 3 year old son responds, You need to wipe my bottom!!. At this point, I turn around realllllll s l o w ....... Because I know what I am about to see.....................

AND

THEN

B A M ! ! ! !

There he is, in all his glory, standing there with his arms stretched up holding the rail, and nekkid as a jaybird. telling the whole world that I need to wipe his bottom.

Before I can say anything else, He yells out again,

YOU NEED TO WIPE MY BOTTOM, I GO POOPOO IN THE POTTY, AN YOU NEED TO USE THE BIG WIPEES, 'CAUSE IT IS A BIG POOPOO!!!

About this time my dogs come running up, and we proceed to head in the house, when I suddenly notice that my neighbor, blond, good looking, and legs that go all the way up and make an a$$ of themselves, (sorry no pics, her hubby would kill me), is litterally ROLLING ON HER DECK LAUGING SO HARD SHE CAN HARDLY BREATHE.

After I climb the stairs, she calls over to me, and tells me that now she knows what she is in for because she has a son that is about 9 months younger than my son.

Kids will do the darndest things.

pfft be happy your 3yr old son is using the toilet. My 5yr old has reverted and simply will NOT poop on the toilet. Pee? no problem. Poop... forget about it. We're at our whit's end.

Admit it: You set the whole thing up so you could see your leggy blond neighbor jiggle as she laughed. 😀

Next time, set up the videocamera, peeking out thru the blinds in the living room. Zoom in on her deck...and her hips...and her legs.

Oh yeah...cute kid story. 😉

The family that owned the lot next to ours at a local river here (nobody lives there because it's a flood plain, but we camp there all throughout the summer) had a toddler years ago that was completely fearless. Shameless, too. She'd squirm out of mom's hands and go streaking around the camp every once in a while. Also took a head-first dive out of the boat and scared her parents sh!tless. Didn't faze her a bit though. Her life preserver caused her to pop right up, and she was happy as a clam 🙂

The neighbor does not jiggle, she has nothing to jiggle, but she is lean, and very slender.

Just the sight of my son standing on the deck 2 stories above me, buck nekkid, for all the world to see, and not ashamed at all, that is priceless.

Wow...I guess you have to be a parent or something. That sounds horrifying. Well, actually kids in general is a horrifying thought.

Sounds like you have a good kid there!
