Yeah. But since he was above the impact.. when the building started to collapse, the part above tilted and started to fall. That's what was happening.Originally posted by: Descartes

What do politics have to do with a man dying?
He said there were broken windows. If the building tilted, and they were on that side, do you think they fell out of the windows?
No.
He said they were on the 105th floor, that's above were the plane impacted.
They didn't experience the floor going out underneath them, the felt the building starting to tilt.
The floors gave out around where the impact occurred. The way he was yelling sure as hell suggested a lot more than the building being tilted. Something was happening, and happening fast.

I think I'm going to have to bring up a point that Dijobi made a while back:
Why even post something like this? Everyone knows what happens, it doesn't teach you anything, it just makes people feel bad. Of course people are going to have a morbid curiousity and watch it, then they'll feel like absolute sh** after seeing it.
I know what happened that day, but I don't need to hear some poor man's agony in realtime.
Use some restraint please.
That makes no sense. It's so nonsensical that it hurts my brain.Originally posted by: Playmaker
There's an old saying in Tennessee. I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee, that says: "Fool me once...shame on...shame on you...if fooled, you can't get fooled again."

That brought tears to my eyes. That ending is just aweful.
Yeah man, I wasn't ready for that.
I wonder if the family has heard it? Bad enough that we heard anyone going through that, but if it were someone in my family I'd be haunted for life.

It still breaks my heart to think of those who simply didn't want to die alone...and grabbed the hand of that co-worker or person they never met or perhaps hated and jumped off the tower together (PIC)

EVERYONE is ready to die. Death differentiates between no one. We can all disagree on whatever we like except this one fact of life ... death. Oxymoron? Far from it.
