Best prank I've ever seen was called the pee slab.

One of my friends peed on a plate then put the plate in his freezer. After it froze he waited until night and then went up to his target's room. He slid the slab under the door and just left. By morning it had melted and the room not only smelled like pee, but the guy stepped in it too.

Definately a better prank then a trashcan of water.

Frozen shaving cream slugs under the sheets are great, but that's another one where you have to be aware of any electronics or other items that could be damaged.

What's a frozen shaving cream slug you say?

Freeze can of shaving cream overnight.
Cut can open. The shaving cream will (mostly) stay in the can shape.
Put under sheets of victim's bed.
The shaving cream will expand within a few minutes as it warms. An entire can of shaving cream will make quite a bit of foam!

The ones I remember most are Pennying doors and an incident with Nair on a towel. There was also a time when someone dropped a small garbage bag full of water on the pizza delivery guy from 3 stories up. ouch.
