the suprising fact is, it was not my fault....
In a 2 lane street, some dude on the left cut in front of me and I guess I was in his blind spot; I braked and slam into the curb on the right. I got his license plate and phone number, I didn't know what to do and we left the scene.
the only visible damage is the front hubcap/wheel-cover is damaged and the rear one is ripped off from the wheel, there are also a few minor scratches on the body. I am not sure about the real mechancial damage until someone checks it (which I have to anyways)
my steering rattles quite a bit, so I guess the alinement is off... hopefully the rotors and frames weren't bended.
I really hope I can get a 'free' tune-up, which i needed anyways, but here's my question,
should I tell my insurance company? or just keep it to ourselves?
I got like 500 deductable, so fixing the alinement and a few hubcaps won't do much... I rather things be settled w/out alerting the insurance....
