OMG! Downtown Gaza looks like New York during 9/11!

Live war from Gaza

Have been watching this for awhile. Thought to post it in OT but realized it counts as current events. The explosions are getting more intense the further Israel pushes into Gaza.

You can hear gunfire, grenades, rockets, missiles and people screaming. It' frightening.
 
Wow, thanks for the link. I watched for 16 minutes. Periods of small arms, others of large explosions; at 11 minutes the picture went black but the sound was on.

It took a few minutes for me to get used to it, and to get more of a feel for the ongoing terror they are experiencing.

I'd like to see a lot more video taken by militaries on both sides, both because it tends to tell the truth, and that makes more people understnad and oppose war; and it also helps resolve the disputes about what happened when atrocitied are alleged. It'd be nice to see the footaage of the bombing of the UN school from the alleged attack from the school to the attack on the school (the latter is not alleged, the questions are about the specifics).

Hopefully more web cams can be put up too, though I'm sure it's not easy in a poor area.

Well, this feed is being put out by Ramattan, a satellite broadcasting group from Iran. As far as I know, it's the only streaming video from Gaza as most communication is cut off.
 
They were banning people for starting Gaza/Israel threads outside of the official thread...


Also, I hope those structures were loaded with tons of virgin-seeking goat-f*ckers, and minimum civilians.

pretty sure the fire is a few blocks away from that building. The building is just between the camera and the fire.
 
They have a few of these up since the operation began. If anything it shows that Israel is not indiscriminately killing Civilians, if it was there would not be a downtown Gaza left.

And DealMonkey, if Hamas a) Let civilians leave (they don't since dying is a martyrs death for woman and children, someone Hamas has stated publicly) and b) Stopped using civilians as human shields I would guess less of them would be killed. There are safe places in Gaza where Hamas has little control that are not under attack that civilians are allowed to go too, there are many reasons they do not.
