Sounds like somebody needs a sales job. Always changing and more money than you make now (and the guy in the cube next to you who has been there for 20 years).

Darn, you young grasshoppers are getting soft.

Try to live as a person in Africa with not enough to eat and may get kill (Sudan) or in Asia with lack of food/water due to cyclone (Bangladesh). Don't forget about extreme poverty, famine, war, corruption, etc.

Then you will appreciate much more of what you have right now.

If you don't like what you are doing, try a new career or do something about it. Whinning about it won't change a thing.

<<------have 10 years of work experience for Fortune 500 companies after college plus attended grad school while worked full time so been there, done that. Real life is not easy but we are very lucky to live in the US.

That, and I worked full time to pay for college. Now the only thing that's changed is my job is cooler, I actually have money to spend and save, and NO HOMEWORK.

Ever heard of a thing called LOANS?

And I find it shocking, I say shocking to find that someone on AT was an anti-social nerd in college. NO WAI!

Find a better job?

When I first graduated last May, my life was dull, too. I was working at Vonage, and enjoying myself, but it was repetitive and boring. So I moved to Boston, began working at a start up, and now my life is dynamic, and I LOVE IT =)

No, never heard of loans... ever. Nevermind that I owe $5300 to Sallie Mae.

I wasn't an anti-social nerd, not entirely anyway. I managed to go thru 3 g/f's in 4.5 years, two of them sorority girls. Went to all the functions, a lot of concerts, and most of the football games. :)
