I guess I don't see what is so gross about this. We gladly eat so many other parts of the cow, why not give this a try? If someone were to offer one of these sandwiches to me, I would at least taste it.
 
eek. i've eaten a lot of "weird" things but thankfully brain isn't one of them... at least as far as i can remember...
 
It tastes pretty good. I've eaten cow brain tacos. Sadly, they tasted better than the fish tacos at the same taco stand. I was already eating menudo anyways, so cow brains is basically nothing more than more guts.
 
I eat cowbrains all the time. I don't know about other asian cultures, but my family (viet) used to eat pig brains in VIetnam but why buy a pig brain (thats also harder to find) when you can get a cow brain that is also bigger in America.
