LOL, I'd do the same thing. Run around a little, scream and whimper in front of the gf, hide behind her, then ask her to kill it. I don't even like the feeling of smashing them with a kleenex because it still feels like I'm touching them and gives me chills. *shudder*

Damn spiders!! I obliterated one just like the one in the pic earlier this evening. MFer was building a web across some brickwork on my back porch. Now he/she is in spider hell.

I see you also drive a silver Durango.....what model is it? Mine's a 2000. I think we should contact Dodge about making it the official vehicle for people that hate spiders.

I have to ask something...

What's with the significant lack of body parts? Exoskeleton pieces like abdomen/thorax? Legs???? Maybe you just scared it away and then threw some mud at the wall?

Be VERY, VERY CAREFUL when you kill a spider.
When I was a kid, I saw an episode of "Night Gallery" (A show that was on during the 60's in which Rod Serling was the host. The show was like a combination of "The Twilight Zone" and 60 Minutes) in which this gal kills a spider, only to find out that the spider keeps coming back to life.:confused: And, every time it comes back, it's bigger than it was the last time she killed it. :( The episode ends in her untimely demise, as the spider eventually comes back large enough to kill and eat her. :D

Ummm......I can understand someone whose sentiment is along the lines of "you shouldn't have killed the spider, it wasn't harming you."

But. "You should suffer a horrible death for killing a spider"

THAT is sick, if you ask me.

I never try to kill things intentionally. I'll even escort a stray ant or spider outside.

The only creatures I have to go after are Black Widow spiders. Since they are aggressive and their venom can harm a child, I go after them. They are VERY aggressive. Not to be messed with!

actually, black widow's are very unagressive.

their venom can kill a child, yes, but they arent aggressive at all. in fact, they're more afraid of you than you of it.

Well, well, well... There sure are alot of anti-spider killing people here! I personally dont give a Fvck about that big mofo! He was on MY House in MY FRONT DOOR JAMB... and now....well he is still there but in a different form:) I killed that Fvcker because I was afraid he would get into my house.......BTW it was MURDERED with an old straw broom. Now.... I have a newborn baby that wouldnt appreciate having a Humongous Spider crawling on him in his sleep and a cat that would probably have a heart attack trying to get away from that thing! Heck, I almost sh!t when I opened the door and saw that bastid. I apologize if I traumatized any people by posting the after pics. BTW...He did come to get me last night..couldn't get that fvcker out of my mind before bed!

I think that being stomped by a giant is pretty sure to kill. As for a brown recluce to the face...I realize that the Brown recluse necrotizes tissue, depending on the severity of the bite and the specific location, it might not be fatal, but come on, how long will you survive with no face, or a skull face, like Skeletor?
