I bought one a while ago and never got to use it much if at all. I burned 1 DVD to test it and have been using my Sony eversince I got it as a gift. I wonder how much could I sell it for, if it's worth it.

None of the 300E's at my local OM stores.

Also checked with OD and they also show as discontinued and not being replenished.

One OM did have a 300i but I passed since $20 will get an oem'd Lite-On or Opto-rite.

Darn... I just now remembered the potential rebate and pricing expired Saturday.

Russ, did you have them check the price on the 300i? It may still come up at the lower price.

As for the rebate, it doesn't expire until the end of the month.
