i liked it for what it was, die hard in the white house, over the top nonstop action and tons of death. what were you expecting? an oscar worthy flick? lol
 
Wonder if "White House Down" will be any better. They are basically the same movie, right?

This. Once you've accepted the premise that one man can and will take out a zillion bad guys, all of whom are better armed and know more martial arts than Bruce Lee, then accepting all the rest is a piece of cake. Gratuitous violence for the win every time.

I'll probably rent it once it hits Redbox...but I wouldn't pay to see it in a theater.

Same here, you can't beat $1.50 for BluRay. Of course the hardest part is waiting.

Wife wanted "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone" on PPV last night. I told her we couldn't see it till it came out on Netflix or Amazon Prime. Not paying (extra) to see that.
