This post count took real work. When I hit 50k I stopped for a year just for the heck of it, maybe a touch longer, and came back a few years ago but I was doing 10k/year.

Back then the forums were also much more helpful. I almost feel that around when i first joined, it was the best, but i see how immaturity (myself included) slowly invaded what was once a very good community focused on the community... but maybe thats just me.

looking through the banned list of names here brings back memories, of others and me.

Eakers got accused of it, but she never acted like that. I remember meeting her (along with yllus, martythemaniac, Windogg, TuffGirl, and others) at the Toronto netmeet, she was pretty damn awesome, though easily entertained by the fact that Windogg's car had all the instruments in US units. 😛

Yup. She was very creative. She took GREAT photos of herself, and wrote with knowing sly humor about her relationship(s).

Remembers this. <------- She was the very first poster on this forum to employ the self-referential arrow.
 
my favorite by far, when nef posted and got banned. i think he got 6 posts in on the thread, i got one, then he got three more and was banned. i'd love to see that thread.

I think she had a sorta pretty face and super blonde hair that looked like it led to a huge pear shaped body that she was hiding. She was going to come to an ATOT event and all the lil spanksters wanted to meet her then she realized she couldn't show up as just a face or something.

For me, the thread I made where people on here (and SPCR) were nice enough to donate money to cover 75% of the medical costs for a stray cat I caught, who had to have her tail amputated. I probably need to get around to posting pics of her now that her hair's grown back where they shaved it off for the surgery.
