i thought it was eakers as well, but i dont remember everyones username, There were so many posters back then that would actually help you.
 
Hitting 10k posts. It seemed like so many. Also Dennilfloss's dead girlfriend was always fun. I remember a run-in with the mods when my brother (yes, it was him, by golly!) made an account and soon after went off on Russ.

This post count took real work. When I hit 50k I stopped for a year just for the heck of it, maybe a touch longer, and came back a few years ago but I was doing 10k/year. Now I'm only a few k.

Eakers got accused of it, but she never acted like that. I remember meeting her (along with yllus, martythemaniac, Windogg, TuffGirl, and others) at the Toronto netmeet, she was pretty damn awesome, though easily entertained by the fact that Windogg's car had all the instruments in US units. 😛

Trying to remember what hasn't already been mentioned...

Back when I was more active, I think my greatest memory was the height of the item vs item threads. One night the forums got into a huge nef war between my side (spork) and rallispec (nissan).

PAB was also pretty damn memorable as well as psychoandy himself. Don't forget about goldenbear.

EDIT: Thanks to another member that PM'ed me. Seemed lurker type, won't type his name, but reminded me of HotChic. I haven't talked to her in a long time but I remember coming outside my apartment one morning and she had "sporked" me. ie planted plastic sporks all over the tiny apartment front yard. Maybe 3'x3'

I still wonder what happened to nowhereman. I also wonder whatever happened to Tallgeese. He vanished one day and nobody has spoken to him since, from AUburn (?), AL.

 
I think that fuzzybabybunny's recent "I'm losing my virginity" thread in L&R is going to be one of my top 10 favorites for awhile!

No, tallgeese was at an AT meet back in 02 kind of time frame and then just one day disappeared.
 
I think that I have really been on Anandtech since 1996 but all records are lost.

I remember all the old timers, especially Russ
