Karma IS a bitch. Here I am once again robbed of the praise for a sentiment due me by someone who chose to express it by posting where I chose to express it by avoiding doing so altogether.

When I first read this thread there was one reply and I started remembering some of my favorite imbecilic driving stunts as I somehow survived as teenager and young adult including an accident I drove by in Pescadero on Highway One where four teens my age had died. I remembered the feeling of contemplating to myself the nature of life that I was alive and their lives and ended and all they would miss out on that I might not. Those thoughts turned me away from this thread. How could somebody be happy at a young person's death. Now I have to apologize for that because I have never heard the expression that Cops and Karma avoid liberal cities. At least there was something more than rejoicing at dead people behind the thread.

Apologies also to MrSquished. My very first wonder was if he was the elderly driver who took those bastards out.......................................................intentionally.

It will help those who can afford FULL coverage insurance that covers vehicle theft. Maybe. Depending on regulations in your state/city.

Poorer folks driving $1-5K cars obviously aren't going to have that, and will be SOL. They will be more desperate and affected than those who can afford to compensate for the loss.

Still not justification to wish death on the thief, IMO.

The Walmarts in my area are dirty and poorly managed. The shelves are a mess, items are poorly stocked, customer service is non-extistent, etc. They're like how Kmarts were before they all closed.
And none of the other big box stores in my area are like this so the problem lies squarely on Walmart, not the people here.
