I thought this was going to be a benchmark article... I was remembering benchmarking GLQuake with my old 7800GT and getting like 300 FPS. (I just benchmarked with my 4850 and got 600 FPS with AA on, lol) I remember not being able to keep 30 FPS on my Voodoo1 on that demo I used for benchmarking. 20x faster plus a bunch of visual quality improvements over the years...
