Your age is about when physical decline begins, if you have poor health habits. If you have been taking care of your body, decline begins later and much less severely.

Age is more of state of mind than anything IMO.

But yes, we all get a little "slower" both mentally and physically as the years go by. Hence, why we all need to keep our minds sharp as best we can.

I just turned 23 a week ago. :( And I do recall multiple times throughout the year thinking I was going to be turning 22 instead of 23 on my next birthday....

That said, I felt old as soon as I graduated high school.
