rush is employed by the campaign? he may be a conservative blowhard but he is certainly not employed by the RNC. the 'national precinct captain' thing seems to derive from the 1994 congressional elections, and doesn't look like it was ever even an honorary title conferred by the republican party, more of a very informal description.

who is sending the books to the book clubs? if i were a publisher i'd sure want conservative books sent to conservative book clubs.

after skimming a couple of the politifact checks about obama email forwards, i didn't find any basis for the statement that they came from RNC sources.
