McCain/Palin Modus Operandi: Lie, then lie/deny that the lie is a lie. Over and over and over and over......ad infinitum.

As stink and as putrid as that bait is that these blatant liars are putting out, it always manages to catch fish that are genetically/conditionally predisposed toward consuming it and considering it gourmet fare.

Ignorance is just a convenient and totally unacceptable excuse for these folks to say and think the way they do about Obama.

What they're spouting is hard core. It's willful and premeditated. It's unadulterated hatred at it's worst.

IMHO, these folks wouldn't dream up these lies that promote fear and hatred on their own.

So with that in mind, Karl Rove, thank you for poisoning the minds of what are probably in most other ways good, hard working, patriotic Americans who care for and deeply love this country of ours, or for some of them, *theirs*.

And Thank you McCain/Palin for creating and nuturing these monstrosities, for instilling a life-long fear and hatred in these folks that will forever separate rather than unite.

And for what? So the two of you can keep that lipstick painted pig of a neocon agenda going for another eight years?

You two get no respect, no creditablility, no presidency, not even pity. What the two of you do deserve is a bitch slap at high noon on the white house lawn from every single person who will/has suffer(ed) because of your venomous hate-filled propaganda.

McCain suffered greatly from this same style of underhanded politicking in 2000. He knew that the effects of it last long after the polls are closed, yet he chose to go down the same road that hurt him and defeated him.

Well, guess what? He will lose again. No matter what end of the stick he's holding on to and swinging at Obama, he will lose because that stick had both ends of it dipped in a heaping pile of vile crap that came out of Rove himself.

No answer as usual.

No answer as usual from you either.

I've already answered this question a dozen times over here though. I don't believe in guilt-by-association. These attacks are un-American and IMO dirty politicking at its ugliest. But by all means, take it to Obama.

Republicans are going about his association with Ayers the wrong way.
1) Hit him on being naive
2) Hit him on associating and helping a man fund schools for a specific radical, anti-American agenda

That's where they need to get him, saying he hung out with a terrorist therefore Obama is now a terrorist is garbage.

You didn't watch the video but you felt free to opine about it regardless.

Had you watched the video, you would have heard the loud shout of "terrorist," which is basically undisputed, and a major facial reaction change by McCain when he also heard it. Whether someone else shouted "kill him," is a different story. If you're going to make a point at least try to make it consistent with what other people are addressing.

But this thread is all about guilt by association and I don't hear you defending McCain.... but I wouldn't expect any less from you.

Are you honestly unable to tell the difference between McCain not repudiating a dangerous statement by his supporters at his rally and Obama not repudiating the past mistakes of a currently well respected University of Illinois professor?

Apparently you haven't seen any of McCain's or Palin's speeches on the topic at rallies, or the incited reaction of their supporters (which is the subject of this thread).

BTW, you do know that Ayers' source of funding for that "specific radical, anti-American agenda" is a major McCain contributor, right?

Who's naive?

This thread is not at all about guilt by association. It's pretty disingenuous to claim guilt by association after spreading the kind of FUD and outrage that the Pubs have been spreading and then claim no responsibility for this easily predictable outcome. You're reaching even lower for new levels of dishonesty here I see.

I need to know more information on this guy, who made the statement, does he hate this country, how close is McCain to this guy, how many people has this guy killed and how many fund raiser did this heckler have for McCain?

Perhaps McCain is old and hard of hearing like Barrack Hussein Obama and he doesn't hear statements for years and years.

There was no single source of funding for that.

But you're right, back on topic. I just got in a place to listen to the videos and couldn't listen to more than a minute of Olberman. He's an idiot and a hack (I think the same of Hannity and O'Reilly most times too). You couldn't hear anyone say "kill him!" plain as day, which means McCain wouldn't have been able to hear that. McCain has stood up for Obama at a couple rallies where supporter got out of control and he heard it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Se_iKo3GwRg
1:25. This is just one, I've seen a couple other clips.

This is from MSNBC and actually the rest of the clip is pissing me off. It's like the fringe republicans represent the mainstream and it's not the case. It also makes it seem like McCain is encouraging it.

It's like the entire fricken clip I linked to is a hit piece on McCain. Take a look at 4:40. McCain defending him again. Only a few out of everyone at that town hall are making noise when he tells them to stop.

I'm sick of typing and listening to this video.

I don't like Olbermann either. IMO he's just the left-wing version of O'Reilly or Limbaugh. Fat bags of hot air.

Look, this is just the RNC's chickens coming home to roost. They've been spreading this garbage all year, talk radio, chain emails, books, ads, at rallies, getting more and more outrageous about it, how can they pretend to be surprised now that some people believe it and show up at McCain rallies screaming bloody murder about it? Obama is a terrorist, he's a Muslim, he's a commie, he'd abort a baby on its due date (a favorite line of Limbaugh's), and those crazy America-hating liberals are going to elect him!!!
How can you pretend to be surprised by these public reactions when this is what you've been saying all year? And yes, mainstream Republicans have been saying this all year. Maybe it's only the fringe who are freaking out, but it's pretty obvious how they got freaked out.

I'm surprised you don't like Obermann.

Perhaps McCain is hard hearing like Obama, both side spread crazy stuff only a fool thinks it's one sided. Obama isn't a terrorist and at the very least he is endorsed by the communist party and a few other "friends" of the US. As far as abortion he has some very very radical views.

I'm not an Obama fan but as far as McCain goes he would have been my last choice on the Republican ticket and as far as I'm concerned we have two Democrats to choose from one is a bit more radical.

Watch the video and you'll see that McCain heard at least the "terrorist" yell if not both. His entire facial expression changes as if he would like to say something. The key here is that he's in control of the environment and he should have the decency and duty to allay misconceptions and not let them run rampant. It's an entirely different situation than Obama's relationship with Ayers. In fact, this isn't even an issue of guilt but of encouraging an informed voting public instead of letting misconceptions run rampant.

Terrorist is clear. Kill him maybe, the video quality sucks, I'm sure a professional could weed out the background noise.

I agree olberman is over the top left winger.

Do you mean the college professor in Chicago? The guy who is not involved in this conversation or election outside of the desperate attempts to link Obama to terrorism? I couldn't care less about him.

It's not guilt by association if McCain and Palin are tossing gas on the fire then fanning the flames.

But hey, if they have been "saying this all year", it shouldn't be too hard for you to post overwhelming evidence.

You edited my words for your convenience. I also mentioned "chain emails, books, ads, at rallies... " Overwhelming evidence is easy to find for all that. There's only dozens of chain emails, a few bestselling books, a number of negative campaign ads, and the topic of this thread.
And I also mentioned Limbaugh's favorite line, Obama would abort a baby after its due date. Are you denying this as well? Text

Try not to be any more of a dickhead troll that you already are.
