We are getting painfully close to multiple methods of curing Type-1 diabetes.

Everything from artificial organs, to tissue transplants, to transplanting pancreas cells into the liver is showing promise.

I follow the diabetes research closely, my 9 year old sister is Type-1 Diabetic with a pump.

If i didnt already donate over $500 this year, id chip in for this walk as well.
