Besides the obvious 200mhz in speed, which isn't a factor in any case....both have 1MB cache, and seem rather comparable except for the 2.4GHZ vs. 2.6GHz speeds.
The 4000+ is $95 and the FX-55 is Newegg's special at $130. So, any reason to spend the extra $35 for the FX chip?
