OK....any significant performance difference between an FX-55 and an A64-4000+?

Besides the obvious 200mhz in speed, which isn't a factor in any case....both have 1MB cache, and seem rather comparable except for the 2.4GHZ vs. 2.6GHz speeds.

The 4000+ is $95 and the FX-55 is Newegg's special at $130. So, any reason to spend the extra $35 for the FX chip?
