ohno week late credit payment, am i ruined?

I came so close to missing payments twice, and not because I didn't have the money, but because I just completely forgot until the last second. Once I was a few hours late and actually called up my company to have the payment issued (they were cool about it since I had a perfect record for a while with them), and the second time I remember the morning the payment was due. But other than that... my rate has gone from 29% -> 19% -> 13% along with credit limit increase over the years, so I've been good. I have no idea what my credit score is though.

Oh... and automatic payments now. 😛

Make payment before it's 30 days late and it won't hit your credit.

They will probably increase your rates, but maybe they will be cool about it.

13% on a 500,000 loan is quite a lot. It's a lot more interest than the 19% on your 800 credit card.

It's delicious and great as long as you don't eat it for every meal.

I use my credit card for every single purchase I make and bill payments.
There's nothing dangerous about that.
