I just figured he was the universe's response to SixOne and that they just offset each other's lunacy.

Nah, that's taken it a bit too far. SixOne, while deeply flawed in her commentary, is probably a rational person in most other circumstances.

Dari's comment is just WTF.

If the grand jury's decision not to file charges is "overwhelming evidence" that a crime wasn't committed, then she's as innocent as he is. Too bad you aren't as scandalized by those who are accusing her.

only one problem with that sixone, she falsely accused him of rape, not the other way around. she isn't being accused of anything besides that, which she is guilty of.

Wait. 😕

What? 😱

If BOTH people are too drunk to realize that the other is drunk....

then it's the man's fault for not doing something? 😵

WHAT THE FUCK?

How can you justify this unless you are going to stand up and claim "well, women don't need to control themselves, only men need to do that".

Absolutely, if someone gets forced to do something, yeah, sure that's rape.

But you just advocated.... if BOTH PEOPLE are too drunk to realize what the fuck is going on around them..... the man is responsible and the woman bears no responsibility at all if they both decide to do something.

Again, I can only repeat myself.

WHAT THE FUCK?

Is it just that the woman felt guilty later and the guy didn't?

What if it is in reverse? They're both drunk and the guy was cheating on his girlfriend and later feels guilty about it.

Did that drunk woman commit rape? After all, she was too drunk to realize that he was too drunk to consent (according to your argument).

You have an agenda and a gender bias.

Why did I stumble into OT? Shit...

Leaving now...

We hold drunk people accountable for their behavior when they get behind the wheel of a car. This is no different. Intoxication is not a defense, no matter what the crime is, or what gender they are.

If he wants to accuse her of rape, he certainly can. What's to stop him?

Well no, she is saying that we should ignore the only evidence we have because it doesnt fit in with her preconceived idea that the man is guilty. Only she is presuming he is guilty until proven innocent, the rest of us are assuming he is innocent until proven guilty. And since we have not a shred of evidence proving he is guilty...

I keep asking people to post a link to where I said this guy was guilty. No one has.

Wonder why that is? Oh yeah....because I DIDN'T.

Semantics and you know it. Since no charges were filed, he cannot be declared innocent. You can only be declared innocent if charges were filed.

By that logic, you are not innocent of grand theft auto, because charges have never been filed.

Our criminal system has no way to declare ANYONE innocent. When you're a juror, your options on every charge are GUILTY or NOT GUILTY. Innocent is not an option.

You just sidestepped the core of his point. But you're weren't interested in it anyway. You're just here to obfuscate and run interference so welcome to yet another ignore list.

If this somehow gives meaning to your life, more power to you I guess. A little sad though.

Fortunately, we have a grand jury who has seen actual evidence on that, not just internet rumor-mongering. They decided NOT to accuse her of making false charges.

If you think she's guilty, stay away from her. Don't hire her to babysit your kids, don't sit next to her at church, whatever.

But when you go around claiming that she's guilty, you're making false claims against her, kind of like you say she did to the guy by claiming rape.

Do you see the double standard here?

Success!!

the only double standard i see here is yours. if the guy in this situation would have accused her of rape, i have no doubt your viewpoint would be different. the fact that you think it is OK for someone to falsely accuse someone of a crime is deplorable and disgusting.

for the record, neither was charged with indecent exposure either, which i am pretty sure everyone agrees occured here.

I don't think the prosecutor presented evidence about her making false charges, so your statement really doesn't make sense.

She doesn't care man. The fact that you think she's deplorable and disgusting is some sort of bizarre win in her book. Yes there are people out there who derive a twisted sense of accomplishment and satisfaction from such things. Head-scratching I know but easy enough to casually dismiss and move along.

The male could have accused her of rape. She held his head down into her twat.

Perhaps he agreed to eat her out, but on his own terms, not with undue pressure from her hands forcing him into her business.

Perhaps the only reason he didn't press charges is because he isn't a fucking idiot. Maybe it's because he is a fucking idiot because the joke is now on him!

And this is exactly the point I'm making. A scary lot of you don't care what the evidence says, you just make up your own story and keep posting it here.

I certainly never said it was OK for someone to falsely accuse someone of a crime. You won't find it in a single post, but you feel completely comfortable saying it anyway.

And yet you're still here posting about it. 🙂
