According to dailymail a grand jury has decided no charges. Both were drunk. This is the correct decision.

Good to see they were not swayed by the prejudice that had feminists foaming at the mouth over this case, with that female student who claimed the same video we saw was clearly evidence of rape as their poster child.

Thanks!

oh shit from the article
"Investigators determined the couple, both 20-year-old students, had alcohol from a bar before the sex act, Blackburn said in a statement Monday. Blackburn said the man asked the woman whether to stop the act when a crowd formed, and she said no."

so he asked her to stop and she refused? i missed that little nugget.

and

"The man has cooperated with police. The woman didn’t remember what happened, and testing showed no sign of any “date rape drug,” Blackburn said."

and NO DATE RAPE DRUG. wich is another people were claiming (ie idiots)

Bullshit on "no charges". It needs to be publicly declared that this man was innocent, and this woman was a scumbag piece of shit that needs to pay court fee's - as well as be charged for these heinous lies. What a bitch. Feminism needs a slap in the face.

totally fucking agree. this women needs to be charged for false accusations

though she won't.

THAT ASSHOLE RAPED HER; LOCK HIM UP!!!

my dad is a lawyer so I'll have him cook up a "sexual intercourse agreement" that I'll have women fill out every time I'm about to have sex with them, I'll then send it in to be notarized and then administer a blood test and send it to a lab for testing, once I get confirmation that the agreement is legally binding and the blood test comes back clean we can then proceed with intercourse unless of course the woman in question could have potentially been ingesting alcohol and/or narcotics in the meantime, in which case a new blood test will be administered.

it's the only way that I as a man can be legally protected against rape charges.

It's a sad situation all the way around.

Our society stigmatizes women for enjoying sex. Authorities are pressured to enact zero tolerance laws with mandatory draconian penalties for what are essentially victimless crimes. Then a couple gets caught being naughty and the woman is compelled to cry rape rather than face the overly harsh consequences.

We are so set on being tough on crime that we forget what should be the primary concern and goal of society: to ensure and facilitate the growth of every person into a productive, law abiding, self supporting citizen. Nobody wins when incidents like this are blown out of proportion.

At the most, they should have both been given a citation for indecent exposure. 40 hours of community service around campus. Now get back to class.

LOL, the feminazis in this thread (this includes the pussified fucked up pussy-on-pedestal men) have sure gone completely silent. How do they explain this? Clearly the grand jury is anti-female and needs to be investigated.

Actually even that isn't good enough. If the woman says stop 10 seconds before you finish and you don't immediately pull out you are still a rapist as the woman can change her mind at anytime.

Hahaha. Gotta use this sometime...

Not sure if my initial post falls into your criteria, but my point is basically this:

I was born in '82 so I missed out on when women were officially second class citizens, but reviewing history I can see why there is a lot of pent up anger. Obviously ruining someone else's life will never make up for that history, but it helps to prevent flying off the handle as some have done here. Lying is lying regardless of past transgressions, but to use general derogatory words commonly associated with that group's oppression, to describe the liar then you are playing into a sordid history to further your argument.

The justice system did do something in the right for a change and that is good. This is hopefully a wake up call for women who falsely accuse rape, but I don't see it as being productive in patently mistrusting women or to use the numerous derogatory terms for them.

It's a two way street and knee jerk reactions are simply not productive in any way.

What part of "no" don't you understand?

"Declined to file charges" is not a declaration of innocence - for him or for her. If one side or the other produces new evidence, that could change at any time.

It was determined that the sex was consensual.

They stupid girl couldn't even keep up her claim that she was too intoxicated to function and she apparently admitted or was seen heading back to her apartment later in the day with a burrito in hand trying to get home to have dinner after letting a stranger perform oral sex on her in public.

No, it was determined that there wasn't enough evidence to file charges. Big difference.

LOl fucking six. still dead set on the guy raped her.

NO matter that he asked her if she wanted him to stop and she said "NO". No matter that she was pulling him into her crotch and smiling.

No matter that the Grand Jury refused to indite.

Nope. none of that matters. he still raped her@!

fucking pathetic.

Since I already know you can't, you're a liar.

Just to clarify, I think this the post where you lost them. The next one might have gone over their heads. They are either too old or not dealt enough with rape issues on college campuses to know which side their vitriol sticks to.

You have a legitimate concern. But that concern doesn't in any way change the fact that we're missing an awful lot of information about the events that occurred before and after the video recording.

Blaming this woman, based on the information available TODAY, for the wrongs done by others is unfair.

Once all the facts are publicly available, have your say. But base it on ALL the facts, not on one part of the story.

Although she did not come right out and renounce this post (misinformation is the supposed coup de gras around here) it was merely a plea for the armchair internet detectives to take a step back and examine the evidence. Too often knee jerk reactions are actually detrimental to the facts. Yeah they might have been right in this case, but who's to say when your daughter was raped and the internet police were too busy calling her a whore because she was drugged and smiling on a video.

Again, I am a huge believer of personal responsibility and lying is 300% worse than just being "fuzzy on the details" especially when someone else's livelihood is at stake. I have never been in this situation because I do not bang the lowest common denominator, and all my partners have been cognizant and women I trust.

Not that any way to get laid is wrong, I am just saying that because a woman abuses the system, you shouldn't hate her, considering men invented the system and only created it to look soft to the women they wanted to bang.

We can all be chauvinist pigs as much as we want, but every day a woman has more power, and each generation gets a bit closer. I fully subscribe to the Futurama model that pretty much everything is done to impress women. You can be all bitter about it and call names, fly off the handle and what not, or you can accept the fact that men want to have sex with women, like all the time, most of the time. That is the way we are wired and there is no changing that. Unless you have a lot of time and the sun will take back what is rightfully it's anyways.

lol, that's the state all of us are in. We are all innocent until proven guilty 😉

Man in the video = innocent

It's a sad situation all the way around.

The only thing sad is that an innocent man's name was dragged through the mud and that the woman responsible will likely get away with it without so much as a slap on the hand.

Our society stigmatizes women for enjoying sex.

No it doesn't. This isn't 1950. We're smack dab in the middle of a second sexual revolution where women proudly and blatantly display their crave for sex. It's a wonderful time to be alive.

Then a couple gets caught being naughty and the woman is compelled to cry rape rather than face the overly harsh consequences.

"Compelled to cry rape"? Are you insane? This is an adult woman, not a female toddler incapable of making reasoned decisions. She did something embarrassing and then tried to throw an innocent man under the proverbial bus "rather than face the overly harsh consequences."

Just as the man would have been held accountable for his actions had he actually raped her, she must be accountable for being a lying fraud who has no qualms about destroying a man's life in favor of saving herself 5 minutes of Youtube embarrassment.

Why some people apologize so ferociously for society's miscreant females is beyond me.

It's pretty heavily implied in your posts. You're just being evasive. If you aren't intending to imply his guilt, directly or otherwise, why don't you clarify your position in straight, no uncertain terms?

I am just saying that because a woman abuses the system, you shouldn't hate her, considering men invented the system and only created it to look soft to the women they wanted to bang.

Wow.

First, I can and do hate people who abuse The System, but this is by no means limited to women. I hate men who skip out on alimony payments and I hate women who cry rape. I hate cops that send innocent men to prison and I hate crooks who get off scot free because of technicalities.

Men technically did invent the system, but to say that women have had no input over the last 100 years would be naive and ignorant at best. This is not to say it perfectly takes into account the balance between both sexes - it doesnt. It is not a perfect system and probably never will be. But I think its a little bit of a stretch to say that the system is still by males for males.
