Jesus Nocturnal, you might want to loosen up that tin foil hat a bit so you can hear the black helicopters when they come for you.

I'm just saying that Bush hasn't done much, if anything, to improve this country. Kerry may not be a significantly better person to run the country, but I think Bush and his administration have proved that they aren't fit to do so and need to be replaced. When it comes to running the "free world" I don't think anyone deserves a second chance.

In Kerry's case, he doesn't deserve a first chance.

Below find a snip of an email that I wrote and circulated well over a year ago. I doubt I'm the only one who was worried this would happen, but... I told you so...

You are going to love this. These people seized power by buying an election and the American Dictator and his administration have openly stated their intention to pursue Global Empire Building, beginning with Iraq. I wonder if Bush will permit an election when his four years are up? Or will the threat posed by <insert foreign fear mongerer here> be too great to permit an election. Will term limits be cast aside to facilitate the achievement of Imperial goals?

"You don't get everything you want. A dictatorship would be a lot easier." Describing what it's like to be governor of Texas.
(Governing Magazine 7/98)

"I told all four that there are going to be some times where we don't agree with each other, but that's OK. If this were a dictatorship, it would be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator," Bush joked.

Did I say he did bad things? Nope, but he did during his anti-Vietnam briefing after he got back home.

His commanders went on records and said that he was unfit to serve as president.

Oh, we comprehend what they are doing.....

Even understanding why such competant (and sometimes not so competant) individuals and factions drive themselves to do the selfish and incediary is quite easily comprehensible.

As to why nature hasn't "smited" them however, we can only ponder, and eventually capitulate to their "Homeland security anti-pondering "squad :D

I used to have a big problem with Bush and co. I recently has a bit of a revelation though -

Even understanding why such competant (and sometimes not so competant) individuals and factions drive themselves to do the selfish and incediary is quite easily comprehensible.

As to why nature hasn't "smited" them however, we can only ponder, and eventually capitulate to their "Homeland security anti-pondering "squad

Bush and co. are doing what comes naturally to them (and to most people) - looking out for themselves. While I don't agree with much of what they've done, I can understand the motivation.

My grudge has shifted. "Nature" is not going to smite Shrub. The American People are the ones who (to generalize) are doing nothing to stop him and his agenda.

to quote above:
WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!

There is absolutely no justifiable reason to even consider postponing the election. For the Bush administration to even speak of denying the public the franchise is inexcusable and unforgivable.
