How easy is it to get tickets to a Yankees game? I'll be in NYC in May and was thinking of going to a game, but just assumed they would be sold out all of the time.

There's always some game day tickets, unless it's a really popular series.

Looks like I'm there for the tail-end of the Mets series, since it's the Mets I doubt I'll get into that one unfortunately. After that it's Baltimore...ugh. Oh well, better than nothing I guess.

Good luck with those this year. Everything is selling out due to last year of Stadium madness.

Red Sox nation is over there somewhere ------------>

Red Sox Nation is everywhere just FYI

😛

Only if you listen to the NESN/ESPN propaganda.

NESN likes to brag about how loud the Sox fans are when the team is on the road, but last night it was apparent that they were turning the crowd microphones way up after the Red Sox did something positive (the PA announcer was about 10x louder than it normally is during TV telecasts).

RSN is a bunch of crap.

As someone who is sick of hearing about both the Red Sox and Yankees (there are other fucking teams in this sport, kids) I can assure you that Sox fans are very, very loud when I go and see them play the Angels. Regrettably, the same goes for Yankees fans.

He's right. Last I heard they had already sold 3.8 million tickets or something along those lines.

Well that sucks. 🙁 I guess I'll just try and get Cardinals tickets instead.

Cool, thanks for that. Funnily enough Houston is who will be in town when I am there.

Shit..I live in the freakin Bronx and can't get a ticket. lol There WILL be plenty available from scalpers, stubhub..etc..because plenty of ticket holders will sell the tickets at a premium since this is the last year at the stadium. Save up lots of moolah and search stubhub or something.

What do you think of all the wild fist pumping from Joba? Love his stuff but man..he goes wild on that mild after finishing up an inning. Hopefully a team won't take that the wrong way and go after one of your guys.

He always does that, and I can see how it would tick someone off. I kinda rubbed me the wrong way. I told my buddy who I was watching the game with that he's gotta cool it, this isn't the world series. He said that the strikeout of Thomas was huge, which it was, but I think Joba better calm down.

I think Girardi will tell him to calm it down. He's a disciplinarian so I'm sure he'll talk to him about it. It definitely was a huge K for sure against the Big Hurt. I wonder how he'll perform as the season goes on since he doesn't have much innings under his arm.

Did you watch the games in Japan or Oakland? Obviously not.

The Red Sox also have the best away game attendance in baseball. America's Team thanks to Red Sox Nation.

Do the Yankees offer standing room only or other game-day tickets at the Stadium?

Man, did you hear all the good things they had to say about the Rays today? They even had an interview call from Carlos Pena. They are doing such great things, must be hard when they are doing the good things against the Yanks.
