they dont really even need replay they just need a 5th official to watch the shit and radio down that no that was blatantly a wrong call. i really dont see the issue if they limit it to goals/goal scoring plays

baseball was against it for a long time but finally agreed for limited things. its just HRs IIRC or something

I also don't get the argument that it would interrupt the flow of the game. There are less than a handful of goals in any game and the bad calls seem to totally destroy the flow.

If one wants to complain about interrupting the flow of the game they will have to start carding the delay of game every team attempts when they get "hurt". A video replay would take all of 20 seconds a game if only used on disputed goal scoring plays.

Still kills the atmosphere. Ever watch hockey? They seem to review every other goal these days. Ruins the entertainment aspect - GOOOOAL!!!!! Oh wait, let's sit and wait for 2 mins before celebrating. Yay?

Now, if they could implement an automated system, that somehow was able to give a reliable indication if the ball/puck was over the line - that would be sweet.

I wonder how much faster some of these Argentinians would be if they shortened their hair. It has to slow them down at times. Messi is just wonderful to watch play though. It's like he has rocket boots on the moment he touches the ball.

LOL! Almost fisticuffs going into the locker room there!

when you have a common language, your insults will be answered 😛

Argentina should hire that ref to help them retake the Falklands.

Mexico's been cheated to a goal. The game should technically be 2-0, not 3-0. Let's see them recover and beat Argentina.

You're doing it wrong.

it's "GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!"

BBBBBBBBBBZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Finally a goal. Now if only the ref didn't fail to make the off-sides call and if only Mexico hadn't gifted that 2nd Argentine goal.

Doesn't bother me at all in hockey if I'm watching on TV. It just gives them more time to show replays and analyze the play. It's much, much better than having an incorrect call on a goal/no-goal.
