(Out of the last 32 Olympics that they have participated in.) Wtf is up with that?! Even Jamaica has 55 medals in only 21 Olympics (not counting the present Olympics.)

when phelps got his first or second medl this time, they mentioned that he alone had more medals than like 75 competeting countries, assuming that's countries with medals as I think the list of those that have never gotten 1 is pretty big.
