I highly doubt your GTX 650 Ti got 800 on extreme present. You had to be using different settings

I just checked again and it was 556. I am not sure how I came up with 800s...
Question, my mobo (asus m597 r2) supports pcie x16, but GPUZ reports it is currently at x8 1.1 and 2 when doing the render test. Is this correct?
 
It should run 16x at default, so I dunno what to tell you.

Could be a problem with the board itself.
I think I just figured it out. On the card itself, there are 16 little chips where the card sits on the board. 2 are gone. I am assuming this each is one lane.

returning it tomorrow.
