No on-the-job expert knowledge via Zambonis?! Well, no matter, then perhaps after your stint as a metric units conversion specialist for NASA you once picked up a shovel at the local Wal-Mart to avoid tripping over it. Now that's expertise.
Well, you've forced me to tip my hand, I am in fact an expert in multiple fields. My fans can attest to my expertise.
As I pump my own gas, I recently read the cautions about plastic containers and the risk of explosions, so have recently added petroleum engineering to my long list of skill sets, further, since I've paid for said gas with my credit card, and that $ goes directly into Haliburton's pockets, I am a student of international finance. As I purchased the gas at a Murphy Oil (associated with Wal Mart stores) I am in international trade expert as well. Meteorology is a hobby of interest, and I possess some acumen in forecasting the storm(s) this winter.
Politics, well my threads speak for themselves, obviously Bob Shrum and Carl Rove were the second choices of the last set of presidential candidates, I was pretty busy posting in P&N educating the unwashed masses.
I could go on & on, but let's get back on topic here...
