Oh and BTW, where was the intentional grounding call on Grossman for that drive? Oh yeah, the Seahawks are playing...

I'm so livid about the calls in this game. Just absolutely terrible. Put an asterisk by the Bears win.

The Bears deserve this one. They are a better team than the Hawks. Either way, they're going down to the Saints next year.

Seahawks couldn't stop giving up the big plays when it counted. That pass on 3rd & 10 killed them.

I didn't see the game but according to the scoreboard the Bears gave up many more yards to penalties than the Seahawks.

You're resorting to blaming the refs. hahahahaha Must suck to be a Washington and Seattle fan. Buahahahahah

I see you live in Texas. Care to explain why you'd root for the Bears? You'd rather see a team that's had way more success and won a superbowl and championships win over a team who's never won it? I guess you also root for the yankees every year too.

Seattle had so many chances. I can't believe they threw it away. Congrats, Bears.

I'm rootng for the Saints to go all the way.

Which play are you talking about. I must have missed it. I saw him scramble and toss the ball out of bounds, but he wasn't in the pocket.

Good game by both teams. I saw what appeared to be a couple of calls by the officials that were heavily Chicago biased, but that's pretty normal I suppose. The only one I really didn't get was the call that turned the 4th and short, into a 1st down early in the 4th, or late in the 3rd.( Don't remember for sure)...in any event, both teams played fairly well, but Da Bears played just a bit better...

Congrats to the Chi-Town team.

No I like all Dallas teams. I don't dislike Seattle, but in truth I think the Bears and NO are better representatives for the NFC in the Superbowl. I think Seattle has a good team but they need their secondary to be healthy. And the Hawks beat my Boys so they can't be that bad.

Because they are undisciplined.

I guess there is a new rule for Grossman to thow the ball wherever he wants without an intentional grounding call. Happened twice in the game.

I guess there is a new rule where if you are a Seahawks defender, you can't make initial contact with the reciever in the first 2 yards even if you let up before the pass is thrown.

I guess there is a new rule where if you are a Seahawk lineman, you can't stand up before the snap count, even though you have to stand up to switch spots or adjust....even though you're allowed to stand up, run acrosst he line, and get back before the snap and have it not be a penalty (he never crossed the line).

It happened in overtime earlier (I think). He was clearly still in the pocket and just "threw it away". I guess you guys missed it because the anouncers didn't say anything.

As a Hawks fan I'm not going to complain about the calling, as I don't want to taint the valid gripe we have about the Super Bowl. The Seahawks simply blew it this game, it was theirs to lose and they lost.

Hmm. I watched and didn't see an obvious grounding situation, but who knows.. Seattle had their chances though.

There were a few unfair calls, maybe because of bias, maybe not. Given this one thing stands: Seahawks are a better team but they did not capitalize on the opportunites. Bears got a bit of luck on their side, with our secondary riddles with injuries. Overall, as a Seattle resident and Seahawk fan, I can tell that this years team doesn't have that magic that last years did. With Hutchinson and company we would have dominated the Bears.
