Than to hold on to the ball, I think. If he screws up airing the ball out there and throws a pick it's a huge error. I'm no analyst, FWIW. Just seems like if he holds on to it for a few seconds and escapes a sack, there's more upside than to just hucking it right away. If the guaranteed results were sack or incomplete, he'd tack the incomplete, of course, but there's no guarantee of that.
