I remember that game... I was at it at old trafford 😀

Wow, this could be the longest soccer thread ever.... can anyone get a capture of the game at all? 😀

I will also be skipping work to watch it... 😀

Go MU

They just crush Liverpool 4-0.
Next Real Madrid 4-0 also 🙂

I Hope I get my cable on that day.

Madrid is the best?? They're not. THE BUY THE BEST. They don't produce the best players. I'm sorry. 🙂

I know. What are some people thinking? Of course Arsenal is the best. 😀

4-0? Dream on. 😛 You do realize that Liverpool was 10 men from like the 5th minute or so and Manchester United got *2* penalties, right?

If Manchester United does beat Real Madrid, it will be a marginal victory. I expect the match to be a draw or a win by 1 goal.

Sorry, d00d. Some of my World Cup threads could easily top this. 😛

I agree with that call, I personally don't link Pippo Inzaghi, but you are wrong in calling Figo a whiny lil bitch.

for the sheer ammount of fouls he suffers game in, game out I think that Figo is one of the calmest football players I have ever seen.

Are we really talking about the same Figo? OK, we gonna see it when they play against Man U 🙂

Have you seen the footage when Real Madrid went to play in Camp Nou (against Barcelona) after Figo moved from Barça to Real?

He was probably the calmest player in the field.

I get extremely limited coverage of La Liga around here, but based on a couple of Champions League and World Cup matches I saw, I gotta say that I am quite disappointed with Figo. And yes, he does whine a lot. And in the recent friendly against Italy, I barely even noticed his presence. This year, he ain't that good.

But then maybe he is much better in the league matches.
