Even Serie A doesn't quite compare to the English League. And I rate German Bundesliga a bit higher than Serie A but my judgement is based on the leading clubs. Unfortunately, I get almost no broadcast of La Liga.

Bundesliga is an excellent league. I actually live in Wales and we have a Welsh language program called Sgorio which broadcasts highlights from every Serie A, La Liga and Bundesliga game every Monday, its greatThey dont even get that much coverage in England.

You're right Serie A is not what it used to be, Manchester United's dominance of Juventus and Arsenal's impressive away performance in Rome being examples of this.

Have you seen the footage when Real Madrid went to play in Camp Nou (against Barcelona) after Figo moved from Barça to Real?
