He's just going to revoke their TPS status and put them on planes. Can't wait till it happens to the Cubans and Venezuelans who love him lol.

There's a shit ton of Venezuelans criminal migrants in NYC whoring and pimping young girls out.

To get rid of them.. I honestly wouldn't mind him cleaning up Adams mess.

Oh and Adams is trying to curry favor with him in exchange for a pardon.. I'm gonna be LMAO if Adams finds himself left high and dry without a pardon when the time comes!

Yup, have to wonder if they'll go through with ending birthright citizenship, I'm guessing if they do they'll retroactively apply it to certain groups of people and not others. I've said it before but republicans are liars when they claim to support legal immigration, they only support it if it's ridiculously hard to get into the country and even then they'll claim it's not valid if the "wrong" people are coming here.

There are not 300K Venezuelan criminals in the United States.

They have stated that they will attempt to erode this so I expect court cases.

Also depends on how well you can negotiate.. remember Italians used to be "blacks" but became "white".

I think some countries are smarter with their negotiating ability with others and they'll suddenly not be in the cross hairs.. infact they'll switch to being very GOP if they're "protected".

There's gonna be a LOT of US citizens who will be deported for "Mexican sounding names". They will basically be stripped of citizenship and deported, and have to prove in court at great expense the deportation was in error. That's just a minor problem compared to the pain this idiotic choice will bring us all.

But hey, ownin' da libs, was all that mattered anyway, right?
Even worse... even americans who don't feel this, would practically flee to other countries.
Cubans are the untouchable immigrants, where have you been. They vote R.
It might change, now it depends how it will change. Also if Cuba frees from the commies, they would lose the reason to have that status.

Also, everyone forgets how near Trump is with Putin and what are the implications? remember that Russia's Putin is ally with Iran and North Korea...

Returning to US itself... how Trump will get rid of the homeless? And as for Native Americans... better to learn spanish and move out to South America since Trump will take their few rights off of them.

On a related note - it got mentioned in a thread recently where one of the usual suspects asserted that Trump hasn't ever come out in support of Project 2025; IIRC (I'm pretty sure) the actual wording that Trump used was along the lines of "I've never heard of it" then shortly after, "I've heard good things about it" or words to that effect. I tried googling for it but didn't find a news site confirming that wording. I guess the next step I ought to take is listening to video clips of his comments to confirm that I'm correct, but if anyone already knows and can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

You might be thinking of this from the debate?

My guess is they would end birthright citizenship moving forward. It would be the easiest option. This is, of course, after SCOTUS goes calvinball on it after it gets done disposing of whatever feeble legal challenges come up.

How would they do it retroactively? How would you prove your parents were here legally, especially if they're dead?

... I'm not that naive but I'm also not the first in line..
I think they'll go after palestinian protestors, muslims first.
...
Bold of you to assume this administration will be able to tell the difference between muslims and any other flavor of middle eastern/southern asian person.

They know a difference between white people and the rest? even white with black hair and black eyes would be seen as "Latino".

My wife is of English ancestry but has dark hair so she carries her passport card with her. Arizona's new law turns every cop into the race police. People sure enjoy watching other people's faces get eaten.

To your last point I'd say that's probably the intention, they'll just accuse people based on racist notions and make them prove it. They're not really interested in doing anything in a legit way, it's all just to target people they think don't belong here.

As an example of this in action: various cis women who aren't adequately/properly feminine being harassed in bathrooms.

In keeping with the "turbocharged denaturalization process" they've promised, surely they won't find a way to also strip citizenship from natural born US citizens of undesirable ancestry, would they? The Constitution and International Law prohibits this, but laws are silly things.

If that happens... that would be catastrophic since even US citizens would lose the citizenship just to think against Trump and their people. Not even Russia or China tried that and that would bring US to the Medieval era....

Uh, yes. That is their goal. Medieval oligarchy with veneer of Christo-fascist patriarchy.

Don’t forget running shopping cart extortion rackets!

We already have an oligarchy.

Oligarchs want to be the founding members of an Aristocracy.

What is Trump's youngest son's name? They do all this shit totally out in the open. There's no secret cabal, they brag about it and get 50% of the population to cheer them on.
