I thought it was "official and confirmed" because you referred to "idiots and England". I should pay more attention.

The Atomic Energy Commission at last count showed 88+ lbs of weapons grade uranium/plutonium missing worldwide. Considering it is usually kept in containers about the size of the coffe cup I'm holding, thats alot of sh!t floating around. The "it doesn't matter because they need material" argument will be forgotten soon after the shockwave passes by your location.:disgust:
