My first round predictions:
Ottawa over Tampa
Canes over Habs
Buff over Phili
Wings over Oil (although I would love an upset)
Avs over Stars (probably not, but im an Avs fan)
Flames over Ducks
Sharks over Preds

Mine are pretty much the same too. I'd also pick Devils over Rangers. I think that's the series to watch. I'd love to see that series go to 7 games with Brodeur winning it over Lundqvist. :)

Meltdown, I'll be rooting for your Oil to take out the Wigs. ;)

I already have my tickets for the Stars 1st playoff game. 2 rows behind the Stars Bench baby. I ready for the smell of sweat and blood.

Nice!

I tried getting tickets to the Sharks playoffs. I refreshed ticketmaster's site right as they went on sale and both games already said "sold out". :(

I've got tix to the first Sharks/Preds game in Nashville on Friday. I'm up in the 3rd tier, but only 2nd row from the edge. Go Preds! (Sorry, John) :D

Nice. It should be a fun series. I'm interested to see if anything will come from the Parker/Witt incident a few months back. Anyways, I don't think Mason has what it takes to stop our Thornton/Cheechoo combo. Maybe you guys would have had a better shot with Vokoun in net. ;)

This video sucks... I wish there was something higher quality

I remember the #1 goal, that was insane. The video quality of this one sucks. It way to choppy.

Though I think Jokinen of the Stars should get something for being the best shootout player of the season, and he's a rookie.

Of the 9 goals scored as of right now, the Sharks' goal is the only non-PP goal.

argh - that was a tough one to take. multiple OTs are always decided by a goal like that.

oh well, hopefully Roli keeps playing that way. people constantly chirp him, but being great positionally is what makes him good. he doesn't make too many flashy saves, but the puck sure does hit him a lot.

i wish Horcoff could bury one of those chances. he needs to produce like he was in mid-season.

GO OIL

must... split... in D-town... *drool*

btw John, it's Maurice Richard - not Richards :p :D

<< just happy to be in the playoffs

That and the Oilers did a very good job of blocking shots all game long.
