The video I saw didn't show any head hits, elbows, etc, but he did leave his feet. Not sure what will be done, but given his past I suspect they'll review it.

It was somewhat late, borderline charging w/o him leaving his feet, and shoulders him square in the jaw.

I wonder if the suspension penalties carry over to the next season. Like, if the Flyers sweep tomorrow, will Asham still have to serve out the rest of the suspension at some point?

Bob McKenzie said it was .83s after the puck left and there's no rule but they'll generally consider it if it's past .5s. But ya, the other factors are more important.

If Rome got 4 games last year for a hit with similar timing where he didn't leave his feet, Torres should get at least 5. Of course that doesn't jive with any of the other suspensions (not) handed out this year.
