IIRC they didn't "want" to release him but they needed to make room for some other player and they have decent RB's. But I'm happy the Pats got him, it's like Marshall Faulk 2.0

MN fans the only ones got balls enough to nail a referee. Your probably to young to have seen that. But that referee had worse eyes than chilly. Our fans nailed him with whisky bottle that was better than a win , would have been
