Man, when Russell Wilson wants to run its almost unstoppable. Seems like he went away from it in the middle of the game, but its always there with the way he does his handoffs. Imagine if RG3 knew how to slide... Almost feel bad for Harvin. 3 TDs called back due to penalties.

It seems like it the league is starting to exploit a soft spot in Seattle's coverage in between the switching that the dbs do.

11 redskins. 4 refs.

finally managed to contain wilson for about 29 mins in the second half
 
Don't think I'd give the beloved patriot defense that much credit. Wison ran wild over them for over half the game. They gave up several more TDs that got saved by penalties. When the offense was noving the ball and scoring in the second half the defense was doesn't much to get hard stops to get the ball back to their offense.
 
I wonder if Henery was cut due to "external forces".

the redskins scored 3 points in the 2nd half before garbage time. the defense allowed like 20 yards total in the 3rd quarter for the seahawks, with 3 3-and-outs in a row. then the redskins could do nothing with the ball once they got it.

defense played like ass for the first quarter of the game no doubt, but the offense didn't do dick. you simply cannot win in the nfl with 17 points unless you are playing a bad team.

I love her quote "Was he with the Cowboys?" Oh, we (Cowboys fans) could only wish!

Washington didn't look that bad, but you add in the 3 TDs Harvin got taken away and it was really a blow out. Wilson was running, so Washington was at least covering pretty well downfield. Some of his circus plays are just stupid though. Running around in the backfield to find a wide open Lynch for like 20 yards after the catch on 3rd and long... How does one guy do that?

I know it was a while ago, but isn't that pretty close to the ~2000 or whatever Ravens scoring ave. that won the SB?

and the redskins offense still couldn't do shit.

i don't know why everyone is playing the if game with the penalties. the penalties happened and the tds got called back. i hate the if game in football. 1 of the called back tds it was clear that wilson would have gotten sacked if orakpo wasn't being choked.

"if" the redskins scored more points than the seahawks, they would have won. it's just that simple!
 
17 points is a good score if you have a defence. 1/3 of this weeks games were blowouts, 1/5 winner had 17 or less and end of regulation, 1/3 won within 1 score from 17 points.

In the beloved patriot's defense, they prepared a lot of their offense for RG broken knee and not Cousins. So, with some tweaking going on as each week (if they even want to entertain the idea RG3 ain't coming back soon) they should be able to put up more points. It makes no sense they are struggling to score. Morris is an amazing back and they have good receivers.
