Not sure if you were able to catch the late game halftime update... they clarified this. Both teams went to the locker rooms, but the officials stayed on the field while the replay booth checked it. 9 minutes AFTER the game was over and the stands were just about empty, the umpire came out and confirmed the ruling on the field.
