I have a feeling the Jets are going to put a pounding on Tebow and the Broncos tonight. Will also be interesting to see how Green Bay does.. they have 3 games in 10 days I think.. they played last Monday, then Sunday, then next Thursday against Detroit. Thats a lot to ask of any team.

I'm actually really excited about tonight's game. It's very rare that you're able to make a definitive statement based on a single regular-season game, but that might be the case tonight. If Tebow is able to gain ground on the Jets tonight, the option attack will become this year's wildcat. If they get crushed, you'll likely see everyone copy what the Jets do, and that may be it for Tebow.

I'm not a Tebow fan, but part of me really wants to see this option attack succeed. I'd love it if more teams implemented wildly different formation styles, rather than the slight tweaks of roughly the same offensive system we have right now.

Edit: My picks in bold:

Looking at the matchups this week there appear to be a lot of gimmies. Tonight's game might be the most interesting one we get. But you never know, lots of weird stuff can happen in the NFL that you don't expect.

EDIT: Forgot about Baltimore/Cincinnati. Cincy's going to have to win to keep their playoff hopes alive.

Could happen, GB could look ahead to Detroit - but the game is in Green Bay.

Well TB apparently shocked the Saints a few weeks back, their last win. And 2 of their last 3 games were fairly close. So yeah, it's possible. GB has a lot on their plate and may well look past them as you say.

It's kind of like how Dallas beat San Fran, a clearly better team. I'm a Dallas fan, but I have no illusions that they're really in the same league right now.

Yea, if GB can make it through Thanksgiving without a loss, I like their chances to go 16-0. I just hope they don't blow their load on the perfect season just to crap out in the playoffs/SuperBowl ala 2007 Pats.

God damn it, they need to stop saying pick-six. I hate that word!

Tebow is tied w/ Sanchez. End of 3rd quarter.

really? I'd be surprised if they lost by Thanksgiving.

Their biggest challenges come after Thanksgiving, @NYG and CHI

Hm, best QB in the stadium tonight looks like Elway. Although that was a great play by Tebow willing his team to win on that pick-six.

Key drive coming up. No idea why they stopped the option. It was sort of working.

Edit: Wow, Tebow putting together a great drive. He looks like a really good wildcat QB/RB. I guess it just takes 55 minutes to warm up.

Edit2: TEBOW!!! And the Broncos cover easily.

I think a Monday - Sunday - Thursday game schedule is going to be tough for them, that's three games in 11 days, it'll be a test for sure. I believe GB can trump the Giants, but Chicago is hot right now, and they may be fighting for a wildcard when they meet the Packers who could have it locked up by that time. Of course the Giants may be fighting for the the division or a wild card, too. It's hard to say what's going to happen, but I think this is a tough span for GB coming up, if they can make it through, I think they *can* go all the way, 16-0.

I still can't get over Tebow's TD.

He never looked any direction but left and the Jets safety still collapsed in on the line, leaving him a wide open field to run in.

Unbelievable.

Why blitz 8 up the middle against scrambling quarterback who can't throw? That's exactly what he wants. LOL @ Rex/Taco and Jets.
