Sad watching the Eagles. Better get their qb situation figured out or it's gonna be alot of bad years ahead. Idiots so eager to get Mcnabb out. You happy now?

Weren't you one the the eagles fans calling for Mcnabb's head last year?

Definitely not. He had some bad games, but he was in general a great QB. He made very few mental mistakes. He just threw some very low balls sometimes and tended to get injured a lot. I like him a lot and I think he's a class act. Hope he does well in DC if the Eagles aren't going to contend.

Wow, the Seahawks are spanking the 49ers. I'm shocked.

i thought SF was supposed to be good this year. what happened?

Alex Smith is the QB is what happened.

and Kolb is terrible, how did anyone in Philly think it was a good idea to get rid of McNabb, it's almost as bad as Bills fans that demand new QB's if they aren't Jim Kelly reborn after 2 games.

And also completely meaningless. The game will still be remembered by baseball fans, maybe more than Halladay's or Braden's.

Read this article (written by a Giants blogger) last night, and it was a good reminder of that:

wait are you serious? Are you saying the loss of an nfl regular game is more significant than the loss of an MLB perfect game?

said grant out with an ankle, and lets have a poll for biggest choke on the day, SF or iggles.

I'm not sure how you could consider the Eagles losing a choke job, as I think most probably expected it.

SF and my Colts ( 🙁 ) would probably be the two I'd consider, with SF being more shocking. I'm not shocked that the Texans won, but I am shocked at how easy it was and how bad the Colts played.

Wow, those are some good passes and catches from Vick to Celek and Avant.

Yah, maybe they should rethink their starter. Though the protection was not this good in the first half either.

Eagles needs to work on special teams as well as their QB/protection.

Pretty sure that's what I said.

wow...
If that's true, today's call will be remembered as long as the missed call for the perfect game.

but that won't happen

because it's just a regular season game and is not at all as significant as something that's happened 20 times in the history of MLB.

with a short passing game and some runs, vick's not doing a bad job...but unless the rest of the team starts doing something resembling normal play it won't matter.

That's not what I said at all. The fact that the perfect game will be remembered regardless was part of the basis of my opinion.

So Kolb and Bradley are both out after halftime with concussions. I'm pretty surprised they sent them both in again before the half. Plus Weaver probably out for the season and Jamaal Jackson out for the game. GG.

Yup, I'm changing my Deeko prediction thread to:
Eagles last, Giants 3rd, Skins 2nd, Dallas 1st. Philly is in for a plateful of epic fail this year. McNabb will get the last laugh if he can beat Dallas tonight.
