Packers D line has a chip on their shoulder it seems. Or Eagles line is horrible.

Philly's O-Line is ranked last in the division and with injuries to Bradley and Jackson out their Defense (other than secondary) can be considered last as well. Run run run the ball against them.

Maybe the Eagles can cover this kickoff well and get the ball back in decent field position with a few minutes left.

One last post about the Calvin Johnson catch.

So I know the rule I've read it. But the obvious flaw is there is no specific amount of time you have to maintain possession of the ball. Now I went back watched the replay in high definition. Starting from when his ass first touched the ground, to the time his knee hit the ground, to the time he 'lost the ball' were approximately 1.8 and 1.3 seconds respectively. Which seems like a short time, but the way I see it that should be long enough given that most players in hurry up situations will catch the ball, be tackled and immediately drop it after <2 seconds and those are always ruled catches.

NFL needs to unfuck itself as far as rules are concerned. Really hope that the NFL considers changing the rule.

Eagles haven't been good on special teams this whole game, they deserve to lose for giving up huge returns. Be crazy if they come back to win
