football is back!!!! never thought there would be full season, guess i was wrong!!!!

These, for the most part, are going to be some sloppy games.

The better played games will be the ones with teams that had very little changes over the off-season.

But the teams with new coaches, new qb's, etc., are just going to look like out of practice college JV squads, unfortunately.

That said, glad as hell football is back!

I've got to think of a new weekly "feature" since Mike Singletary is gone. I suppose I could make fun of Jerry Jones and the Cowboys every week.

That's too fucking easy...anyone can make fun of Jerry and his boys...you're better than that...and we know it. You have to try harder.

i hated when they changed the kickoff rules, now watching touchback after touchback makes me hope the originator of the idea forgets to look both ways before stepping in front of that bus.

Yea, 2 kickoffs in the Dallas - Denver game, and 2 touchbacks. Hopefully we won't have this crap all year long.

What are these new kickoff rules compared to old kickoff rules? 😕

Basically, they moved the ball up to the 35 and have a new rule where the rest of the kickoff team must touch the 30 yard line (either foot or hand) at the start of the kickoff, so they only get a max of a 5-yard "headstart" run going downfield.

What did they previously do?
