First NFL game this season I've enjoyed all the way through.

Welcome back, NFL refs. :)

I feel kind of bad for Weeden. His receivers couldn't catch a cold. He's actually played fairly well when his o-line protects him.

Goodness, the kicker of the Browns got 3 kicks from at least 50 yards or more. Way to go.

Regular Refs?! Whats up with the pass interference in the endzone on the last play of the game? 2 defenders clearly pushed the receiver out of bounds! Should have been 1st and goal at the one!!!!

I want the replacements back!

Just heard that the #1 offense in the NFL so far is the Chiefs!? They haven't led any of their games for longer than a second lol.

The #1 offens...ive line in the NFL has been the Bills so far. They've helped produce the third most rushing yards despite losing the top two RBs to injuries as well as not allowing Fitzpatrick to get sacked yet this season. I was not expecting that going into the season. Go Bills.

They lead in ypg... but are middle of the pack in terms of ppg.

True, but yardage is still the better indicator since points can come easier from turnovers, penalties and good kick/punt run-backs. However KC is always playing from behind so they're constantly trying to move the ball, the yardage adds up for a team unless their offense is completely inept.

Actually he was sacked once, and had that funny fumble-throw last week lol. I'm rooting for him and the Bills though especially against the Patriots today, last years game between them was my favorite of the regular season. Loved how it ended.

That fumble-throw you're talking is the "sack" that he has. How you can count that as a sack when he fumbled completely on his own is beyond me, but I certainly wouldn't say the line allowed that, since he was untouched.

Edit: I also don't agree that it was even a fumble, which would negate the technicality of the QB losing a fumble being registered as a sack, though I may be biased.

I'm not necessarily saying ppg is the best indicator of offense, just the reason why it may seem so weird to say they have the "best offense" given that they don't seem to score that much. You're absolutely right that the defense and turnovers have a lot to do with the ability to score. To some degree, an ability to convert is a factor too.
