Here's to hoping for a repeat of The Unraveling of Tom Brady in Buffalo. That was an epic moment in history last season. Nothing made me happier than to see Tom Brady frustrated and utterly pissed off on the sidelines.

Time to see if Mario Williams and Mark Anderson can do what they were brought in to do.

They won't. No agreement yet (although ALOT closer now from what I hear) and once an agreement is made, there is physicals and such to do, and then get ready. Which will take a week minimum.

Add on top that if replacement refs do the thursday night game of whatever week, they will be doing every game that week, as it means the replacement refs are scheduled for those games and will not take them off so quickly.

thanks for making these!

Sunday night should be awesome. I call Detroit to fail again this week even against the Vikings

how much money are the real refs asking for? I don't care enough to read through 16 million google results to find out

Money isn't the standing point. Both sides are happy with where they are on that.

It is the retirement plans. NFL wanted to remove pensions and switch to 401k plans. Refs did not like this. Now the NFL has moved their stance to allow pensions to be grandfathered in, for the current refs on staff, and all new hires have a 401k plan they can adhear to. (They changed their stance Tuesday morning this week.)

However the refs want the pensions grandfathered in faster than the NFL has offered. The NFL owners have stated after this they are not budging anymore. So this is where our current stalemate is. Everything else is agreed upon now.

I'd have to go with these picks as well. I'm suspicious about Minnesota @ Detroit though.

That would rock

thanks

and fuck the owners and fuck Goodell.

I want to get a job as a ref now. Have you seen how much they're making?

From azcardinals.com:

– Apart from their benefit package, the game officials’ compensation will increase from an average of $149,000 a year in 2011 to $173,000 in 2013, rising to $205,000 by 2019.

Cribbs got KTFO!!!!

That was a nasty hit... but I really hope nobody has the balls to dare to bitch about it.

That was a classy move by the ENTIRE Ravens team AND ESPECIALLY Ellerby right after coming out and staying out after the play.

Damn it, this is boring, just football and no blown calls or missed calls. BRING BACK THE REPLACEMENT REFS!!! :awe:
