Did Holy Cross win against Marquette? Did they even put up a good fight?

they didn't win, but i didn't see the game so i don't know how big of a fight they put up.

Final 72-68

I knew it would be a good one. Marquette has suffered of late and Holy Cross looked pretty darn good in their conf. tourney.

Yah I thought HC had a chance. Wow anyone see the finish to NC State and Cal game? WHAT A FINISH 🙂

Why does UC fvckin always get sent out west where PAC 10 ref's call 50 fouls

Gonzaga sucks, apparently they can win at a sport resembling basketball though with a few significant differences to the sport the rest of the country plays

I know, disappointing season, next year they'll have a great team. I didn't expect much but Gonzaga's no good either.

I just hate to see officiating decide so many games as it does in the tourney.

C-USA refs wouldnt have called half of those "fouls" (term used loosely) and Gonzaga wouldnt have had 40 points or whatever from the line.

I didn't watch the game, but Gonzaga goes to the line a lot in every game.

Saying they are just not good is ignorance. Is this the first game you've watched them play?

Come on BYU!!! Anyone else pick them for the 5-12 upset special, or am I insane?

I have Weber State and UW-M as my 5-12 specials. I thought long and hard about picking BYU, though.

What DID you guys pick for your 5-12 upset special??? I had a hard time deciding between ND/Milwaukee and Wisc/Weber St...and I couldn't bring myself to do both. I ended up going with Wisc/Weber St. just because I remember when Weber knocked off Carolina in the opening round a few years back (remember 'Tha Show Arseneaux!' Painful...)

But now I'm thinking about how ND choked in football and now I think their bball team will choke too.
