Damnit I was just about to post this!

Anyway, regarding who wins: the Mavs still have that jinx vs the Lakers, regardless of record or whatnot. If the Mavs can beat the Lakers tonight (with Shaq) then they'll definetly prove themselves as a bonafide top tier team. I honestly can't consider the Mavs one if they can't beat the Lakers (or the Spurs or Kings in the upcoming weeks) - this is the game where they either prove themselves or prove they're not worthy.

I'm guessing Mavs by about 15, if Lakers win by 4.

HAHA, no🙂 Its like I said before, I've been a true fan for years. I own one replica jersey, Cedric Ceballos from years past. I've been to playoff games at The Forum that weren't sold out.

I dont think this game matters all that much. Because the eventual champion will have to be able to get wins
on the road even if they do have home court advantage. I still think the Lakers are the team to beat. Right now
they are in trouble record wise if they dont shape up.
 
I've been a laker fan for over 10 years, but i must admit the lakers are playing horrible right now. Aside from kobe, nobody else on the team is playing w/ any passion. I'll always be a lakers fan though.

hmm my prediction, if lakers lose, it'll be a rout...if they win, probably by 1 or 2

I think its cuz lakers miss chick, lakers are not putting anything in the refrigerator these days

Maybe not to the Lakers cause losing is pretty normal for them this year, (oooooh!!!! 🙂 ) but psychologically being able to beat the Lakers with Shaq would be a huge boost to the Mavericks.
 
Maybe Laker haters can actually comment on something other than the Lakers fans, if their team could win some NBA championships? 😉

one of the teams will win by 15-20. If the lakers play like they have been, the mavs will win. If the lakers get mad and respond to the challenge Shaq made, they will win.
 
Rest assured, Mavs won't win the championship this year

At the current rate, the Lakers won't even be playing for the Championship. Rest assured.
 
Mav's by 50, b/c Allen Iverson will come in with his pals, the Philly police (they will have reconciled after AI gave them free courtside tix for a year and his autograph) and have them arrest Shaq for "Disturbing the Peace" with his gay Burger King commercials. He'll then put on a Dallas jersey, crossover Kobe for the umpteenth time, and alley oop to Stevie Wonder for a thundering dunk that will make Stewart Scott say "Buh-buh-buh-BOO YAH!". Larry Brown will consequently be zoomed in on by the camera, pumping his fists and shown to be wearing a black arm support, one of AI's extras. BUT, Dirk will then slip and fall from the jeri curl juice in Rick Fox's hair and be out for the season. Hey, can't win em all Mav's.

Oh yeah, and Mark Cuban, after the victory, will yell at the press conference: "Phil Jackson, we 0wn j00. All your rings are bel0ng to us!"
